Privacy Policy
This explains what information SolveCore collects, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. SolveCore is run by SolveCore LLC, a Utah limited liability company based in South Jordan, Utah. It takes effect October 19, 2026.
Who this covers
SolveCore is software that small businesses use to answer calls and texts, follow up with leads, keep their calendar, send invoice reminders and manage their inbox. This policy covers two groups of people: the businesses who use SolveCore and their team members ("customers"), and the people those businesses talk to through SolveCore, such as callers, texters and their own clients ("contacts").
For a contact, the business you dealt with decides how your information is used. SolveCore handles it for them, under this policy and our agreement with them.
What we collect
We only collect what the service needs to work:
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and role for each person on a business's team.
- Business information the business gives us: services, prices, hours, policies and documents they upload.
- Messages and calls: texts, emails, website chats, call recordings and transcripts that go through the service.
- Contact details for the people a business works with: names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses and notes the business keeps.
- Calendar and email data, only when a business owner connects their own Gmail or Outlook account (see Google and Microsoft data below).
- Invoice and payment status from accounting and payment tools a business connects, such as QuickBooks and Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Basic technical data needed to keep the service secure, such as sign-in times and the device and browser used.
How we use it
To run the service for the business that uses it: answering and routing calls and texts, booking appointments, sending reminders the business approved, drafting replies, and showing the business what happened.
To keep the service safe and working: spotting problems, preventing abuse, and fixing errors.
We use AI models to read and write messages for the business. Each business's information is used only for that business. Nothing from one business is used to train or improve anything shared with other businesses.
Google and Microsoft data
When a business owner connects a Google account, SolveCore's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice that means: we use Gmail and Google Calendar data only to provide the features the owner turned on (sorting their inbox, drafting replies they approve, keeping their calendar). We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not let people read it except with the owner's permission, for security, or where the law requires, and we do not use it to train AI models that serve anyone else.
The same limits apply to Microsoft (Outlook) data. The owner can disconnect at any time from the app, and can also remove access from their Google or Microsoft account settings.
We do not sell your information
SolveCore does not sell personal information and does not share it for advertising. We do not use tracking pixels or third-party advertising or analytics tools.
Who we share it with
Only with the services we need to run the product, each bound to protect it and use it only for us:
- Hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase).
- Texting and calling (Twilio) and the phone assistant's voice service (Retell).
- Email delivery (Resend) and, when connected, the owner's own Gmail or Outlook.
- AI models (Anthropic) to read and write messages. These requests are not used to train their models.
- Payments and books, when a business connects them (Stripe, QuickBooks).
Calls, recordings and AI
Calls answered by SolveCore's phone assistant may be recorded and transcribed, and callers are told so at the start of the call. The phone assistant is an AI, and it says so whenever anyone asks. A caller can always ask for a person, and the assistant will transfer the call or take a message.
SolveCore does not use voiceprints to identify callers, and never takes card numbers by voice.
Texts
Texting is covered in our SMS Terms. In short: we only text people who agreed, you can reply STOP at any time to stop, and HELP for help.
How long we keep it
- Call recordings and transcripts: 90 days by default. A business can choose anywhere from 30 days to a year.
- Email bodies read from a connected mailbox: kept only as long as the owner's setting allows, then deleted. The owner sets this in the app.
- Everything else: for as long as the business uses the service. When a business leaves, its data is deleted within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records and the record of who agreed to texts.
Your choices and rights
If you are a contact of a business that uses SolveCore, the quickest way to see, correct or delete your information is to ask that business. You can also write to us at aj@solvecorehq.com and we will work with them to answer within 30 days.
Business owners can export or delete their data from the app or by writing to aj@solvecorehq.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws like California's. We honor them; write to us and we will explain how.
Cookies
SolveCore uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect the service. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so there is nothing to opt out of.
Security
Each business's data is kept separate from every other business's. Connections to outside accounts are stored encrypted. Sign-ins to SolveCore's own staff and partner accounts use two-step login. No system is perfectly secure, and if something goes wrong that affects your information, we will tell the businesses involved and the people affected as the law requires.
Children
SolveCore is for businesses and is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell businesses in the app and by email before it takes effect.
